Returns due to customer convenience
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of product damage, defect, or incorrect delivery
Please contact info@matchahigh.jp within 7 days of product arrival. Providing the following information in advance will allow for smoother processing:
・ Order number
・ Details of damage or defect
・ Photo of the product (if possible)
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense.
Refund processing period
Refunds will typically be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
