  • How to make delicious matcha

    1. Sift 1-2g (1/2 tsp) of matcha powder through a tea strainer.
    2. Cool the hot water to 70-80°C (avoid using immediately after boiling).
    3. Pour 60-70ml of hot water.
    4. Whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) for 30-40 seconds, drawing an M shape.
    5. It is complete when fine foam appears.
  • How to make a matcha latte

    1. Dissolve 2g (1 tsp) of matcha in a small amount of hot water (30ml).
    2. Mix well with a bamboo whisk to form a paste.
    3. Pour in 150ml of warm milk (or soy milk).
    4. Add sweetener to taste and serve.
    5. For iced matcha, pour into a glass with ice.
