How to make delicious matcha
- Sift 1-2g (1/2 tsp) of matcha powder through a tea strainer.
- Cool the hot water to 70-80°C (avoid using immediately after boiling).
- Pour 60-70ml of hot water.
- Whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) for 30-40 seconds, drawing an M shape.
- It is complete when fine foam appears.

How to make a matcha latte
- Dissolve 2g (1 tsp) of matcha in a small amount of hot water (30ml).
- Mix well with a bamboo whisk to form a paste.
- Pour in 150ml of warm milk (or soy milk).
- Add sweetener to taste and serve.
- For iced matcha, pour into a glass with ice.
