Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Japan) All orders within Japan are shipped via Japan Post or courier service. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
International Shipping We ship internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service). Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- UAE (Dubai): 7–14 business days
- Singapore: 5–10 business days
International shipping fee: ¥2,800 per order Free shipping on orders over ¥15,000.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Matcha HIGH is not responsible for any additional charges incurred after shipment.
Packaging All matcha is carefully packaged to preserve freshness during international transit.
