Single Cultivar Gyokuro from Kyoto Yamashiro

Gyokuro, cultivated through shaded growth, is the pinnacle of Japanese green tea, made from the same tea leaves as matcha. Its rich umami and deep sweetness spread with every sip.

This versatile tea can also be enjoyed as a cold brew. Slowly steeping it in cold water produces a milder, sweeter flavor with reduced astringency.
